You Already Have It! Live in God’s Fullness
Did you know that as a Christian, you have already been given everything you need for a victorious life? Yet, many still struggle, hoping and praying for things that God has already provided. The problem isn’t lack—it’s ignorance.
The Bible declares, “His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through the knowledge of Him” (2 Peter 1:3). Notice that it doesn’t say God will give us—it says He has already given us everything. Yet, just like someone who owns a bank account but never makes a withdrawal, many believers live as though they are still waiting for God to provide what He has already given.
Why Do Some Christians Struggle?
Think about the Israelites in the wilderness. God had delivered them from Egypt with mighty miracles and promised them a land flowing with milk and honey. But instead of trusting His Word, they focused on their circumstances, complained, and refused to take possession of what was already theirs by promise. The problem was not that God had not provided—it was their unbelief (Hebrews 3:19).
How often do we, like the Israelites, cry out in frustration, wondering where our breakthrough is—when all along, God has already provided the answer in His Word? Many Christians today beg for healing when the Bible says, “By His stripes, you were healed” (1 Peter 2:24). They pray for strength when the scripture says, “The Lord is the strength of my life” (Psalm 27:1).
God’s provision is not the issue, our mindset and response to His Word are.
How Do You Walk in This Reality?
1. Renew Your Mind with the Word – “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind” (Romans 12:2). If you think like a victim, you will live like one. Change your thoughts to align with God’s truth.
2. Speak What God Says – “You shall decree a thing, and it shall be established” (Job 22:28). Your words shape your reality. Stop speaking fear, sickness, and lack—declare what God has already said about you.
3. Take Bold Actions in Faith – “Faith without works is dead” (James 2:26). You don’t wait to “see” before you believe—you act on what God has said. If He calls you victorious, walk like one!
